Wesley is simply the best. Had a window balance that had failed and multiple companies came out and said it could not be fixed. I was being quoted over $1000 to fix! Wesley came out the first time, was unable to fix the problem, did not even ask for money. He then asked to come back the following week and spent over 4 hours at my place trying to come up with a solution. He eventually was able to completely fix my window back to new, all for under $200! What a lifesaver. Will definitely be using him again and recommending him to everyone I know.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Single pane glass replaced starts at $125, labor and materials included. Double pane glass replaced starts at $175.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when costumer calls, we ask to schedule a free estimate. Single pane glass can usually be fixed the same day, the lead time for double pane glass is 5-6 business days. Deposit is required for double pane glass.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working in window factory was great opportunity to learn about windows. I assembled wood, vinyl and aluminum clad windows.
