Yoga for you

Introduction: I offer yoga classes at your home, business or the yoga studio. Having taught for the last twenty years, I bring an open heart and much experience to each class. I'm a certified 200-hour yoga instructor and registered since 2002 through Yoga Alliance, a national standards board. I have recently retired from a career as a firefighter and paramedic. So I also have that medical background. Yoga is my passion, and I love sharing it and it's healing possibilities. Group classes are also available at Livonia Recreation Center for $10.75 or less.
