Introduction: My years in working with the hospital and with physical therapy patients has given me the experience of providing superior therapeutic massage. The techniques I incorporate into my massage are as follows..Swedish (for relaxation); M.F.R ( which is used to stretch and lengthen the muscles) Trigger point (breaks up the tightness and releases the lactic acid) Gentle stretching ( gives better mobility and flexibility) Reflexology (acupressure on the feet and hands, which help break up toxins and helps the body to normalize and increase circulation). I also do lymphatic drainage and pregnancy massage, and sports massage. as well. As of June 2017 I now offer dual massage with reflexology incorporated. * It's rewarding to me when people leave pain-free and feeling better emotionally and/or physically!
