What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounted rates for customers who need assistance for a minimum of 20 hours per week. An additional discount is offered for those customers who would be interested in my services for over 40 hours a week. My per task service cost depend on the complexity of the tasks being requested.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am college educated and also founder of an Animal Rescue. I have started a few small businesses over the years that are all still in successful operation today. My business background has helped me succeed in helping other businesses or individuals to become successful.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have started many small businesses over the years. I really enjoy watching a business grow and succeed. I realized by becoming a Virtual Assistant I could contribute to the success of other individuals and businesses by offering a high level of support to keep their businesses running smoothly.
