We offer discounts to our customers based on the number of projects provided. The more project options provided, the bigger the discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule an initial consultation to assess the customer’s needs and discuss their project in detail. During this consultation, we would ask questions to understand the customer’s vision for their project and provide suggestions based on our expertise. We would then present a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and cost. Once the customer agrees to the proposal, we would begin work on the project, providing regular progress updates and addressing any concerns or changes along the way. Upon completion of the project, we would conduct a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure their satisfaction and address any remaining issues. Our goal is to provide high-quality work and excellent customer service throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members may have completed apprenticeships or vocational training in fields such as carpentry, roofing, siding, or painting. Additionally, our team members may hold certifications or licenses in their respective fields and regularly participate in continuing education to stay up to date with the latest techniques and industry standards. Our goal is to provide high-quality work by employing skilled and knowledgeable professionals.
