Introduction: I believe that anything is possible and don't limit myself to the work I can produce. I love going outside the box on every aspect and always try to do something different. Your attitude is like a box of crayons that color your world. Constantly color your picture gray and your picture will always be bleak. Try adding some bright colors to the picture by including humor and your picture begins to lighten up.

OH JULIA. Where do I begin with this talented artist?! In High School she was always a funny, bright and positive girl. We became friends and I instantly clicked. I heard about her being really into photography and she showed me some of her amazing pictures! This was a few years ago, and at that time my cousin was getting everything ready for her wedding. Then BEHOLD, we needed a photographer! I thought of Julia instantly after seeing a few of her pictures. I contacted her and asked if she'd be interested in a wedding photoshoot! She was super excited and decided that we should have a test run for the photography before my cousin decided to pick her to take her wedding photos (because let's face it, a wedding is a super big deal and it's something you'll want awesome pictures from) Julia set up a date for my cousin and I to meet up at a park and take some test shots. They were amazing of course! She made everything so natural while taking the pictures. It's hard for me to have someone take my picture and have me not hold my breath and stand uncomfortably still for a few seconds nowadays, but she made us laugh and sort of just took the pictures. They seemed so real, no fake smiles. And THATS IT, she got hired to take the wedding photos for my cousin automatically after my cousin reviewed the photos. The photography wedding experience was also amazing and the pictures came out beautiful. My cousin liked her so much that she was not just a photographer at the wedding, she was invited as a personal guest. So, the point of this obnoxious paragraph, (if you're still even reading it because my writing skills are terrible!) is that it was a pleasure being able to work with Julia while she is doing what she loves. It really shows in her work and I am so proud of how far she has gone with her talent. We miss you here in Rhode Island Jickette! ❤️ Keep up the awesome work!

I have worked with Julia on several occasions, both for my senior pictures and to build my dance portfolio. Although I am completely comfortable on stage in front of thousamds of people, I was very uncomfortable in front of a camera. She made it completely natural and so much fun, we found ourselves cracking up in between shots and I was truly amazed at how narural it felt. The ideas that she can create are so extraordinary I could have never dreamt them up myself. She is so innovative and creative, and very willing to go outside of the typical photography settings. Her pictures turn out beautifully and her eye for editing is amazing, yet she still keeps the pictures natural looking. I would never use abother photographer, and I highly recommend Julia to anyone that is looking for a one, no matter what the circumstance

There aren't many people in this world who exemplify the true beauty in anything and everything. Julia is among those few. T describe the kind of person she is, would be like trying to explain how much she loves her beautiful girlfriend. Simply, impossible. I only met her about 2 years ago, but it seems like I've known her a lifetime. I was given the opportunity to get to know this beautiful soul, mind, heart, woman. She once asked me how life was as a woman with a disability in the workforce. The interview was seamless, w/out worry, absolutely a great experience. I'm looking forward to taking pictures for her soon. We talked for what seemed like hours, and with everything I told her, she was more and more engaged into my story. I felt comfortable with her. Anyone who gets the opportunity to work with Julia will be forever changed and moved. I'm beyond lucky and blessed to know such a genuine person, such a beautiful person; inside and out :)

I've worked with Julia on multiple occasions and I wouldn't go to any other photographer. The quality of her photos are amazing not to mention the level of professionalism and comfortablity she brings. She has a very easygoing personality and manages to give you what you want even if weren't sure of what you wanted. She takes excellent headshots for comedy and drama. I recommend her services. She truly is an artist.

I have had the pleasure of working with Julia over the last few years. She is creative, fun and unique with what she does! What makes Julia such a great photographer is that she is open to suggestions but is able maintain her artist vision which can be difficult balance for some.
