Steve replaced an over-the-stove microwave and garbage disposal. He did a great job on the installations, and was communicative and flexible. Great person to work with!Aug 5, 2018Verified
We enjoyed Steve working with us in this repair project. He was a good and responsive communicator and very honest. Thanks for your efforts and getting the job done right and efficiently.Sep 6, 2017Verified
Steve was great - asked him to do a few odd jobs around the house (replacing a porch screen, patching a hole in the side of the house, fixing a radiator that had come away from the wall, etc.) and he did them all really well - nice guy too!Aug 21, 2017Verified
He was very nice. The job took several hours and the job is not complete. I now have other outlets that are not working. He is suppose to come back again. Not sure if there is addition charges for further services.Jan 6, 2017Verified
Steve was quick, professional and fairly priced. He not only did an outstanding job, but he did it quickly and was extremely friendly and easy to work with. We are already talking to him about future projects and we are looking forward to working with him again. Can't go wrong with Steve, a super nice guy and excellent worker.Oct 5, 2015Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Nothing complicated. Price quotes based on a review of the problem and most likely action needed to fix the problem as needed by the customer. Try to leave it up to the customer to decide on the proposed fix, at the least cost to adequately correct the problem without spending a lot of money "to make it better than new".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Would prefer not to guess at what the project entails. Would rather visit about and ask a few questions to learn more of customers needs, and schedule an on site visit to review all aspects to be considered in recommending what work needs to be done and explain how to best "do it". There is no charge for an initial review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I never believed in the saying that "....you can't teach an old dog new tricks!" Each day is a new learning experience for me.
