FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complicated. Price quotes based on a review of the problem and most likely action needed to fix the problem as needed by the customer. Try to leave it up to the customer to decide on the proposed fix, at the least cost to adequately correct the problem without spending a lot of money "to make it better than new".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Would prefer not to guess at what the project entails. Would rather visit about and ask a few questions to learn more of customers needs, and schedule an on site visit to review all aspects to be considered in recommending what work needs to be done and explain how to best "do it". There is no charge for an initial review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I never believed in the saying that "....you can't teach an old dog new tricks!" Each day is a new learning experience for me.
