- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing in competitive and budget friendly. The fee varies mainly by size of building and whether there is a crawlspace.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A top priority is performing the inspection without delay. Usually there is a purchase agreement that allows only a few days for the buyer to have an inspection completed. So we work with our customer expeditiously.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lifetime of specialty training and practical experience performing inspections as an energy auditor, housing rehab specialist, home appraiser, house flipper, trainer, and Certified Home Inspector.
