We have a second office in Ann Arbor; our main office is in Ithaca, NY. I was able to train Kim in the peculiarities of our branch office and let her do the accounting and organizing that was needed. I don’t know what we would do without her!

Kim took my hodge-podge of paperwork and turned it into a lovely tax return in nothing flat! She did a great job in a short amount of time and was willing to work on my schedule. I will definitely use her services again.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My services are generally per hour. Due to the hourly rate it is hard to estimate a cost until I know what is needed by the business owner. All consults are free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to sit down and meet with all clients. Meeting in person gives both parties a face to go with the name, a chance to build rapport and to discuss business expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA.
