I needed carpet in two rooms of my home cleaned, to remove a few spots and some odors, due to children and pets, as well as my microsuede couch cleaned. I reached out to Boujee via the Thumbtack app, and they replied immediately, to set up a date and time that best suited my schedule. The day before my scheduled service, I received a phone call from Carlos, confirming my appointment time. He was punctual and communicative when he arrived, and gave me an estimate on the spot. During my entire service, he was polite and respectful of my home and property. He paid incredible attention to detail, especially with my couch, and I wish I had taken a before and after picture, as it looks like I have a new sofa! Carlos exemplified taking pride in his work, and executed a commitment to excellence that is rarely seen anymore. The service was worth every penny. Whenever it comes time for a touchup, they will be the ones I call!

Everything was wonderful! I was kept in contact as to exactly when Boujee would be arriving to my home. They arrived on time and were incredibly professional. The quality of their work was top-notch. My home smelled so fresh and clean and the carpeting looks brand new!

I loved getting our carpets cleaned with Boujee! I live in a house with three dogs so our carpet tends to get pet hair and mud tracked in. Boujee showed up at our home and did a fantastic job with getting all the grime out of our carpet.
