- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?ORB offers free inspections and estimates and will provide not to exceed values for repairs and receive your permission before fixing any problems. Our Pricing for Repairs is based on Time and Materials required. Typical Emergency Leak Response. Depending on the composition, rubber, TPO, composite (asphalt and tar) and PVC repairs generally range from $200-$1000 depending on the size of the repair and number of total leak but typically are around $300-400. Metal is similar in nature but materials and labor are a bit more expensive, Metal repairs can range from $600- $1500 dollars.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We offer free inspection/diagnostics for our customers. We perform any immediate repairs after receiving our clients permission in order to bring them up to snuff. However, the primary nature of ORB is preventative maintenance. We warranty our repairs for up to 1 year initially but try to work with our clients to develop a routine maintenance plan to cover them for a longer duration. In this case we warranty our repairs for the duration of the maintenance agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our technicians began their careers as roofing contractors certified for installs and repairs on all major roofing material types.
