Marc helped me replace my OSB Floor Boards, Aluan Boards, reinforce joists, add insulation to get it ready for new carpet install after the flood in Aug 2014 ruined them. Marc also allowed me to purchase the materials and use my tools to save money. Most contractors I've dealt with in the past won't allow it. Marc is a very pleasant person to deal with and I now consider him not just someone I hired but a true friend. I would definitely hire him again and I plan to bring him back for a stair repair job and some other jobs on our list. Marc's prices are fair and forthright. I would recommend him to anyone! We needed a handyman for a variety of projects at our rental properties, and we're so glad we found Marc! Some of the projects included repairing plumbing leaks, installing new faucets, replacing bath exhaust fans, repairing electrical problems, installing drywall, replacing doors and subfloors, installing a dishwasher, and installing vinyl tile flooring. Whatever work that needed to be done, Marc was able to handle it. He is a very hard worker, a pleasure to work with, and has surpassed our expectations. Marc takes great pride in his work, and we plan to call him whenever we need work done. We would definitely recommend him!
