Trent responded to my online inquiry within an hour -- on a Holiday! Throughout the project, Trent and Mike explained things clearly -- both in professional terms but also so I could easily understand. They looked at my existing equipment and ductwork, supply, returns thoroughly -- listened to what I wanted and translated into what that would require. Bottom line, current system they installed is light years better than what I had been living with. Performs much better and is super quiet. The air in my house is not only much more comfortable, and much less humid (in summer), but smells better too.

$75 diagnostic fee and a flat rate book for repairs. Will beat any written estimate by a licensed,bonded and insured mechanical contractor.
