We hired Matt for a 40th birthday party with an 80s theme, and he absolutely nailed it. He was incredibly helpful, assisting us with not only the music but also making sure the audio levels were perfect for both the speeches and the dance floor beats. What truly sets him apart was his adherence to our theme and instructions. His mixes were seamless, his choices impeccable, and he had an uncanny ability to read the room, keeping the energy high and the nostalgia just right. I hired Matt from MJF Entertainment for my mom’s 95th birthday party celebration and I am so happy I did. Matt was professional, responsive and flexible to my requests and kept the party upbeat and fun. He even agreed to play for an extra half hour which kept the party atmosphere going. Matt was amazing. He hosted my kid's birthday and a 4th of July family gathering. He was friendly and played Arabic, Chaldean, and English songs. He will for sure be our to-go DJ. I highly recommend him and will definitely tell all my friends and family about him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are available when bundling DJ Services with either live piano, uplighting, or both!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My preference has always been to meet in person, however during pandemic times I have found a Zoom session or video call to be quite effective. For weddings, after we discuss the details for your event, a typed out detail sheet will be created, which can be shared with any other vendors who may need it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Music from Wayne State University, and I've worked exclusively as a musician for my entire career.
