- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge a flat attorney fee of $475, which includes trademark search, opinion letter, application, and response to trademark office inquiries, plus government filing fee, usually $225.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I review client work to determine whether it meets trademark and/or copyright registration requirements. This process involves consideration of multiple factors, including, but not limited to, use in commerce, similar trademarks, uniqueness, and type of service.

I have been practicing law for 11 years. I have 8+ years experience in graphic design.
