  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Extremely competitive and fair. Usually undercuts competition. Average hourly is between $180-$210, as opposed to the average MI attorney going rate of about $250-300. Also offer volume discounts. And in many cases offer flat fee arrangements.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Free 30-min consult; thereafter formal intake along with retainer execution. We then begin work accordingly, and update client at least once every two weeks.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    JD (law degree) and MBA; licensed in both MI and NY
