This is a tough thing to rate. On one hand Tyler was excellent. Beforehand we exchanged several messages and he answered all my questions. We arranged a date and time slot to do the work and he called ahead, came and did a fine job. My wife and I also led him around the house to explain a "wish list" of other electrical work we were contemplating. And therin lies the negative... he said he would work up a quote. Days went by and no quote. I emailed thru thumbtack...no response. He finally responded after I emailed him directly. He said it best to text him, and he would get the quote together and send it within 3 days. Ok fine. Our next job came up (a dishwasher install). I texted...nothing. He never did send the quote for the other work either.
I am absolutely perplexed. His loss. I was ready to give him five big stars and a glowing review. Sadly I cannot. Sorry man.
