My internet explorer 11 was not allowing me to get to certain websites which I needed to access for work. I found Jamie thru thumbtack. She was very responsive and very diligent in working on my laptop remotely. Among other things she found and removed 937 malware objects. She found a way to download Chrome even though my IE wouldnt let her get to the Chrome download site. I was very impressed with Jamie's persistence. I now can access the needed websites as well as typing when on a website isn't sluggish anymore. I'm happy - my laptop is operational again and I'm using Chrome instead of IE!!! Yes!!!! Thank you Jamie!Apr 9, 2015Verified
I was unable to connect to the internet and ACR was able to get me connected fast. I had antivirus, but apparently that wasn't enough. ACR is fast and honest and I will be using them in the future!Apr 9, 2015
