Introduction: After over 30 years in construction I have retired from building and am now doing property inspections. During my career I traveled the country building and remodeling commercial properties including restaurants, shopping malls, video stores, lumber companies schools and residential properties including new home construction, garages, pole barns and remodeling homes, apartments, condominiums and manufactured homes. A member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Evening and weekend appointments available and inspections may be available same day. Inspections can be scheduled by phone/ text

As a property inspector I get to experience some of happiest times of peoples lives. The buying and selling of their home, and it gives me great joy to know that I have been able to help them through this with such an extensive inspection. They will leave the inspection with not only all their questions answered, but a 12-14 page report on the condition of their home. Pictures will be included if problems were found. I take great pride in the fact that all our customers are treated like family.

Outstanding service. Dennis was very knowledgeable, through and patient. Dennis took approximate 4hrs inspecting my home and explaining every aspect of the inspection in detail. I couldn't be happier and feel more secure in his inspection of my potential new home.

I hired Dennis Patterson from Coast to Coast Property Inspection for a home I want to purchase. He was extremely thorough and spent 2 hours going through the home and checking everything out. He gave the home a "clean bill of health" so I can move forward. He explained everything to our satisfaction and gave me a full report when he was finished. He was early to our appointment and started on the outside before the Realtor arrived to let him in. He is a personable person who knows what he's doing and what he's talking about. I highly recommend him for home inspections.

Dennis did an amazing job! I couldn't be more impress with his work on how detailed he did and was upfront and honest with his inspection. My husband was more than impressed with him.
