My rescue/Russell Terrier mutt always jumped and barked at oncoming cars. ALWAYS. So when I moved to a new home without a fence it made walks very difficult. Nothing I did helped. So I called Lisa and the problem was fixed after one training session and doing my homework. I’ll defintiely use her in the future when needed for my 3 dogs.Jun 18, 2018Verified
Lisa is a wonderful trainer to work with. My babies took right to her instructions and adored her even when she was correcting them. She did an excellent job of instructing us on how to train them which is what we needed. She explained what we did right and what we did wrong without making us feel dumb. I am a cat person so I was pleasantly surprised to find out I was on the right path with their training. After just one visit with her the puppies are doing better and we are looking forward to pleasant walks with them around the property instead of being drug around where they want to investigate. We are even looking into attending a training camp at her facility for our citizenship certificates.Mar 20, 2017Verified

Crystal: It was great to work so closely with you and your furbabies and to see them settling down, getting along, and being peaceful in one room, so close to one another :) So glad we had the opportunity to work together. If you need anything, I'm here.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?Through a runaway, abused dog, Snickers. He changed my whole life and gave me such a love for dogs, that I cannot imagine doing anything else now or ever!
- What types of customers have you worked with?We offer everything from basic dog obedience (come, sit, stay, down, etc) to more advanced dog obedience/pet therapy (leave it, being safe around other dogs/animals, walking on a loose leash without pulling, healing, etc) , and even service and guard dog training. We also work on breaking bad behaviors (bolting, not coming, barking, jumping, nipping, chewing, digging, etc).
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?A couple brought their very large, boisterous and aggressive Old English Bulldog to me. He growled and viciously barked at other people and dogs--pulling hard on the leash like he wanted to attack. In just one lesson this dog learned and obeyed all the obedience commands and was walking on a leash without pulling. After just two sessions they took him into a pet store, which they would have never been able to do before! He's doing wonderful!
