Introduction: We are conscientious about quality and design to the extreme. I can truly say that there are times when our vendors aren't real pleased with us, but I am pleased to say that our customers reap the benefits of our level of pickiness and they LOVE us! Even when upon occasion we have to substitute a variety of flowers because of quality issues, we always sub UP! I like being a part of people's lives. I like it when they come back for the other events of their lives and even when their kids come in to buy dance corsages and flowers for school events....(you can tell we've been doing this a while!)

As the owner of Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors, I have had the pleasure of working with A&A Flower Shop, the Brabo family and all the employees at the shop for over 12 years, and simply could not give a higher recommendation. Having served hundreds of families over that time who have utilized their expertise, I cannot think of a single unsatisfied customer; rather the opposite, with extreme satisfaction with every arrangement that comes through our facility. Their quality of product and service is unmatched. Their ability to create personal, meaningful arrangements has served many members of our community well. A&A Flowers was one of the first businesses I visited when I moved into Oxford years ago. I was amazed at the quality of the flowers in terms of variety and freshness. I was also very pleased with the careful way Ron and Wendy listen to what I want and then fulfill my order with great care and artistry. They have everything a larger flower shop might have, but they also treat their clients like friends and neighbors. They greet me by name, and treat me with personal attention. I love to give flowers to my relatives and friends, but A&A has me buying flowers for myself! A & A is a great place for all your gift and floral needs. And, did I say they are reasonably priced? That too.

I have known Wendy and Ron from A&A Flowers for many years. I am the reservation consultant at Addison Oaks- Buhl Estate. I hired Wendy Brabo, A & A Flower Shop to make flower arrangements for my wedding. You can tell that Wendy is very experienced. She was very creative in designing my arrangements and able to advice me on what flowers were in season and what arrangements would work best for my budget. The flowers were gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. The delivery to the venue was on time. I can not say enough good things about Wendy and the A & A Flower Shop Staff.

Over the last several years I have called on the talented, hard working owners of A & A for everything from my daughters' weddings to floral centerpieces for my dinner table. Everything always arrives in a timely manner and their artful arrangements never fail to garner compliments.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing schedule is pretty straightforward. Labor ranges between twenty and thirty percent depending on the difficulty of design. Some things that look complicated are a breeze and some designs that seem rather simple take hours of work. We don't like unpleasant surprises though and don't expect that our customers will either. All our counter books are priced up front and will very rarely differ from what is written. (Example: Valentines day market prices go up and we can't do anything about that, but we will tell you immediately if the flowers you are looking at are available at those prices for the time your event is scheduled.)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly attending design shows and floral open houses and subscribe to publications in our field that keep us up to date with new flower hybrids and new gadgets that make our work more efficient! Information is crucial!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most couples want us to both deliver and set up their flowers. It takes a huge amount of stress off them. Once in your life you get to be a prince and princess! Your wedding day should be one that you look back on fondly...not one that you're happy to get it over with.
