Completely unsatisfied. Overpriced low quality services performed by inexperienced, and unfriendly staff. I would not recommend this place to anyone for any of their computer needs, that is unless their goal is to waste money, and valuable time and resources on improperly performed work. Possibly even ruining your network, and database performance, even corrupting your data and records to the point of needing to hire someone else to come in and fix the damages caused. Save yourself a headache and find a more reputable place to do business with.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone that has been in the business for several years. This fall will mark 7 years for us. Ask around - find someone who had service done at the shop you are considering.
