Introduction: You don't have to overspend to get quality! Idea: We are a new DJ company that is currently providing sound and lighting services for almost any event. We are setting out to provide our services at an affordable rate and make it possible for more people to get professional quality and not sacrifice quality due to high costs. Who we are: Reaction One Events is ran by 3 individuals and was started to prove that there can be good services that don't cost you your whole budget. We feel that our service should be of professional quality, and we aim to provide the best service we can. We understand that sometimes money is tight, but people still want the ability to hire professionals for their event. We have found that most of the time the "professionals" are just not affordable and most other companies have set prices that your event will fall into. We refuse to place everyone into any category. Every event is different, and because of this, every event should be priced based on the specifics of that individual event. We decided that since we had the more than adequate sound system, a solid light show, the music database, and the technology we should do something that was fun for us and introduce a solution to overpriced event services to others.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Pricing Every event is different and because of this each event deserves to be quoted individually. Yes. We do have cost structure that we work from but we use that as a starting point when quoting your event not a final quote. Here are some details we use to determine our costs: -Duration of event (including set up & tear down time) -Size of event -Travel Distance to Event Location -Extra Staffing Required for Reaction One at your event (Usually 2 Djs will be present at events) -What is the attire for the event (Will we need to rent a tux?) -Other special requirements for the event Extra Sound & Lighting Any special circumstances that would require us to purchase/rent extra equipment will unfortunately add costs to your event. We can obtain almost any extra sound or lighting that may be requested and we will charge you very minimal for extra setup. We will be very transparent when it comes to the prices of extra equipment to ensure you know what youre paying for.
