Owner has no idea how to communicate. He dragged out a repair job for me over a month and the dishwasher is still broken. I decided to finally give up. He even came back and said he needed the info again because he deleted it. DO NOT use this person. You will be sorely disappointed. I own a significant amount of properties, and this was going to be a trial run for him. I was willing to pay cash, check , or an app, but none of this mattered. He failed miserably.
