These people have absolutely awful service. I took my laptop in to have the LCD Screen Repaired. They quoted me a price of $129-159 and a turnaround of 1-2 Days. It took them 2 weeks and $179 plus a $60 labor charge to return a computer that still doesn't have a functioning screen. When I dropped my laptop off they took it before ordering the parts because "the technician would need to open it up" to see what was wrong and after waiting 2-3 days twice for 2 separate items to ship I was told that it was a problem with the motherboard and would be $399 to fix. I am going to dispute the charges but I dont see myself getting out of paying for the screen. Communication was horrible, they told me multiple times that they would contact me and on four occasions I had to call in to see the status of my machine. I have lost productivity, time and money by handing my computer over to these people. Stay away if you're smart.
