I recently started taking guitar lessons with Josh and it's been a great experience. He is flexible with both your learning style and schedule. In the past I have had difficulty finding a good teacher, but I would recommend Josh to anyone, and he's inspired me to start piano as well. Thanks!

I loved the musical teacher she was such a sweetheart it was amazing. Although I would say that it's kinda pricey for singing lessons but oh well that's what happens when you decide to take them.

My 5 year old started piano lessons with Tom a few months ago and I'm very pleased with her progress and his patience! He's accommodating to our schedule and a great teacher. He explains things well in a way she understands and did I mention he is patient?!?!? I'd definitely recommend him as a piano teacher, and we're hoping in a few years, my daughter will learn how to play the guitar with him too.

I've been playing guitar for 40+ years, and my 13 year old daughter now reads music (I don't) and finger picks (I don't) after a couple months with Scott. He's a great teacher.

Travis has been giving our 2 boys, age 9 & 12, guitar and base lessons for 8 months, and the results have been amazing! They have learned so much already, all while having fun. Travis is professional, punctual, and extremely reliable. We look forward to lessons every week, and would highly recommend him to anyone.

It is easy to see that Matt loves what he does when teaching piano to my son, and he is very patient with his instruction also.

He performs and composes with his jazz/fusion trio, Slice of Pi, which is currently recording a follow-up to their debut CD. He also performs with rock group Merge. Over the years, Ken has performed with a wide range of artists and bands. He has also been involved in studio recording projects and commercial music and has written guitar method books, addressing improvisation and theory for the guitar. Ken frequently hosts clinics, demonstrating technique and theory. He studied jazz and classical guitar at Wayne State University and theory and composition at Oakland University. Ken studied under acclaimed guitar legends Joe Fava and Paul Abler. Currently, Ken teaches theory and guitar instruction privately. Some of his many influences include jazz, fusion, rock, funk, classical, progressive, and world music. Several notable musicians were key in Ken's development such as John Coltrane, J.S. Bach, Shawn Lane, Frank Zappa, Joe Satriani, Jimi Hendrix, Eddie Van Halen, and Miles Davis. Ken is a reputable guitar instructor, college educated, and professional musician. About

Firstly, I am incredibly good at sight reading - it is a stereotype that guitarist are poor readers of music! I am also deeply interested and knowledgeable in many kinds of music. I like exploring the connections between genres - like jazz, rock, and classical - in my playing and in my compositions. I offer that openness to all my students, and often burn CDs for them to expose them to new kinds of music.

    About

I'm extremely patient and outgoing! I started teaching privately in June '17, and have crafted my pedagogy since but always kept a student-center philosophy. My experience with various age groups, instruments, and types of students means a large "tool-box" of skills by which to teach.

I've been playing on and off for about 6-8 year now. I was in the army during that time and funny enough the only time I found time to truly play was while in Iraq. I cannot read music but tabs so I am sure I have bad habits as I am self taught. I'd like to work on rhythm and singing at the same time because that is where I struggle.
