This was my first ever yoga lesson. As such, I was somewhat nervous, but Paul was great and made me feel comfortable. He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. I recommend him. I will be scheduling more sessions with him into the future.

We offer a blended hatha yoga class that is customizable depending on the needs and desires of the students. Classes range from gentle to power yoga, taught by Andrea Cesarek, trained and certified at Mahi Power Yoga Center in Dharamsala, India. There are several in-studio classes a week (family, community, gentle and power hatha) as well as a weekly chair yoga in a senior center near to the studio. I am available for large group, small group or private lessons. I am RYT certified, and I have been teaching 10-15 classes for the past year. I have taught all over Metro Detroit including Grosse Pointe, Detroit, St. Clair Shores, Ferndale, Farmington Hills and Clinton Township. I typically teach 60-minute classes, but I am open to 75- and 90-minute classes if clients are interested. What separates me from other teachers is my strong attention to detail such as posture, limitations, variations on poses, dealing with injuries and having a clear idea of what the client's ultimate goal is. I teach every class with a theme and close each class with savasana, where I sing and play the guitar while the students allow their bodies to take in the benefits of the work they just put in.
