I contacted Jonathan to do both a logo creation rework and flyer for our business Downtown Metalworkers. The turn around time surprised me and the work was even better. I was a little skeptical at first about doing this online but I would surely use his company and services again in the future and I plan to. He even used Paypal so I felt more safe about it. Plus it wasn't super pricy

I had a shirt design already in place that I requested be touched up and prepared for printing. Jonathan was certainly prompt, but the overall workmanship was quite shoddy. The result felt like something that came from Microsoft Paint. I have no doubt that he has the ability to do much better, but this particular job was quite disappointing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not at all complicated, it is either hourly or based on job. which ever is less for the consumer. We understand that some projects can take longer and thus would be better to charge by job and usually make a difference of -200 to -500 dollars
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I like to keep knowledgeable about all software that are used in my field, so I am constantly taking courses and reading books on software in my position of work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a Passion for graphic design. I knew it was something that I wanted to do, so I started looking into what it would take at a young age and finally got my degree in it.
