I have trained with Ryan for more than a month by now and I have only positive things to mention about him. From the first meeting, Ryan has met and exceeded my expectations. His method of training is generating results for me and I have yet to have a sore muscle. The sessions are varied and never boring. Ryan pays close attention to how the trainee performs the exercises and constantly questions for pain, burn, strain. while correcting body posture for best results. His nutrition recommendations are easy to follow.I appreciate the fact that Ryan encourages healthy eating habits for weight control rather than pills and powders and all sorts of diets. All the training sessions that we go through are tailored to my specific goals that I set during the first meeting. Ryan is constantly adjusting my workout sessions to make sure that I am making steady progress. Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend Ryan as a personal trainer. Ryan is full of energy but not overwhelming, has a positive attitude, always on time, has a wealth of knowledge relative to the human body muscles and how to best put them to work His approach is on the opposite spectrum of "one size fits all" training method and I really appreciate that.
Third personal trainer I have worked with and I like his training methods & the fact that I am always sore after his workouts. I run 3-6 miles five times a week plus do vinyasa yoga 4 times per week and am usually not sore after these work outs. He is also fun to talk with as you are doing the circuit. Highly recommend.
Shannon is by far, the best trainer I've ever had. I've participated in many kickboxing classes led by her as well as personal training sessions. Besides being incredibly knowledgeable, Shannon is encouraging, accommodating, and always professional. She truly loves what she does, which makes me love it, too. I've definitely become a happier, healthier person since I've met her.
Michelle is passionate about fitness and a great motivator. I trained with Michelle in Chicago losing 44 lbs in four months and in the best shape of my life. Gus is an excellent trainer and coach. He is very knowledgeable about the body, detailed in explanations, fun and professional. Workout plan is taylored to your specific needs according to your goals. Your time with him is not divided with another client but you have his full attention during your scheduled time. He is easy to contact outside of training should you have any questions. I have been training with Gus for 2 weeks and have noticed a change in my stamina, strength and body. I leave every workout tired but pumped and ready for the next appointment!!
Mike helped me train for bootcamp, he did such a good job bootcamp was almost too easy. The whole while he planted the seed of figure compition in my head, he won im training for one now! He's a wonderful and very motivating trainer!

Tay is the best personal trainer that I have ever hired! She is very professional and knows her stuff. Our workouts are not only challenging, but so much fun! Each day she customizes a different workout to my body type and fitness level, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Eating healthy and working out with her have now become staples in my weekly schedule. She even has solutions for eating healthier and exercises that you can easily do on your own when you’re not training with her. I couldn’t imagine working out with any other trainer!
Over the past few months, Jake has truly helped me gain control of my life again. I have always had such a bad relationship with food and he helped change that. He is such a knowledgeable trainer and he used his knowledge to tailor a program just for me. We worked together for two weeks trying new things to figure out what worked best for me. I am now healthier than ever and have a better relationship with food. I have also trained at the gym with Jake and have learned to really test my limits. Jake pushed me every day to push my limits a little each day and I have reached new personal records with my weight lifting. Overall AWESOME experience training with him and continue to do so!
I hired Jeannette to help me get back into shape after having my baby. I have always been in good shape ,and no stranger to a gym. After having my baby and juggling life, I felt I needed someone to keep on track, and that's where she came in. She assessed me, spent ample time explaining the program I was about to start. Plus, I developed diastasis recti from my pregnancy, Jeannette knew the exercises that would help me in this area. We worked diligently to gradually bring my abdominal muscles back together, and more importantly to help strengthen my low back and abs; which from what I've learned help with overall support to the entire body. Jeannette is thorough with every exercise she introduces. That helped! What I also appreciated was how she checked in between sessions to see how I was feeling, plus would send me information regarding healthy eating and exercises I can do at home. She's pretty much on it!
Very impressed by Tuwan's ability to tailor training to my upcoming physical challenge events. Reminded me of so much Id forgotten about total body training. I hired Ben when I was working on getting healthy. I had been working on dropping 60lbs and with his help on diet I was successful. Ben, with his fitness training prepared healthy and delicious foods. He really worked with me with each menu to make great dishes. Bravo Ben!!
Amanda is such an amazing, supportive, and smart trainer! She goes above and beyond for her clients, making them not just see results while they are training with her but also giving them the tools to build a workout program and continue working out on days she isn't training with them. She offers nutritional advise, caters to your dietary needs (I'm a vegetarian) and is a great motivator. Beyond that, she also is always seeking to improve herself and is learning new training techniques, which translates directly to her clients training. Wouldn't train with anybody else! She's the best :)
Very reputable trainer. He has a lot of knowledge to be able to help with different types of training and even dieting. Is easy to work with and also has a good personality. Pushes you but not anything to extreme or over board. I highly recommend him.
