I have dealt with a property management companies and this one stands out on top of all others. The owner Tony Dragich., is really helpful, prompt, and polite. APM helped me advertise, screen, negotiate and then finalize the lease of my tenant for rental of my condo. They were very patient and understanding of my situation of being a new landlord and having never rented property out before. Randy went the extra mile for me in securing the deal and in assisting me. He is my property manager of the rental unit and the contact company for my tenant for any emergencies or repairs needed. He has also helped my on my personal properties to do needed repairs, a great crew and customer service attitude giving a 110%.

Great and reliable property management company!. I was an out of State property owner looking for a change from my prior disastrous management company relationship. After a careful search, I went with Al Phillip at BRS Property Management. They have performed really well. I am getting my monthly statements and rent checks. they have earned my trust. Believe me, there are some dependable property management companies out there and BRS is definitely one of them.

Scott did a great job in helping to turn our Warren rental property ( of which was returned in very rough shape ) into a clean wonderful home that showed very well once listed. His help with cleaning, painting, deck repairs, and haul-away was and is tremendously appreciated. His help with general recommendations and advice during the project was appreciated as well. Since I needed to work with a trustworthy contractor being remotely located 12 hours away in Atlanta his trust and value was immense. Scott is highly recommended!!

Here’s what we provide: • We are a fully licensed real estate brokerage in Michigan • We handle sales of residential, commercial and industrial structures • We handle/negotiate new leases and sales contracts for our clients with their best interest in mind Our property management team provides the following services: • Leasing - includes full marketing/advertising via the MLS, internet and paper publications • Screen all applicants • Collect security deposits and first month’s rent upon signing of new lease • Give tenants lead-based paint disclosures and other disclosures with strict adherence to what the state of Michigan requires for tenants • Provide 24-hour emergency service contact number for tenants • Conduct service calls • Conduct repair calls • Obtain repair bids for jobs over $500 • Maintenance on the property from vacancy until occupied including lawn care, snow removal, and proper winterizing • Conduct eviction process • Monthly or semi-annual reports given to clients • Optional service - prepare profit and loss statements Each property we manage has its own bank account to ensure no co-mingling of money with other properties.
