Dave was about 15 minutes early which was great because I am always on a time crunch. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. His inspection was only about 15 minutes long but he was able to confirm my concerns. He e-mailed me my inspection by the end of the day. Very thorough guy and I would recommend his business.
