About this pro
I needed some professional headshots ASAP. I have checked around and some photographers were asking for prices that are well out of my budget. Bob responded promptly to me via Thumbtack. Julie and Bob did such a fantastic arranging my photoshoot for me. 8 hours later, I got my pictures taken, and my final edits were emailed me the following evening. Bob is easy to work with, professional, prompt, prices were reasonable, and was able to accommodate me into his busy schedule. I would recommend him to anyone, and I would hire him to shoot me again. :)Jan 23, 2018Verified
Had a great experience with Bob - went in for a professional headshot. He is a delightful guy and the process was quick, came out with exactly what I needed. I highly recommend.Jul 4, 2017VerifiedRobert D.'s reply
Thank You. I love what I do, glad you enjoyed the experience.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We offer a wide range of price points. While we are a full-service studio capable of making beautiful wall art, we also recognize that some customers want to play a larger role in the production of their finished work, and as such we offer services ranging from electronic digital files to hand crafted Italian Albums.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We like to have a conversation to determine the customers end goals. No one seeks out a photographer to just get photographed. Some want a headshot for their website, then we discuss how they plan to use it. Others want a new family portrait for their home. The more we understand their end objective the better we can deliver a great end result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I began my photographic journey in 1979. I took a few classes along the way, but am mostly self-taught. When I opened the business as a full-time pursuit I decided to get a Digital Photography Certificate from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit. It was a great experience, and I am glad I made the effort.
