My city inspector asked me to confirm if my furnace is working fine with a report by a licensed person. I have been looking for an available person from Thumbtack since the due date is coming. As you all know, since the holiday season is coming up, not many people were available in the town. But luckily, he was available and kept calling me to confirm and following up if we are on schedule. I did not expect to see him in person since this is for my rental property, but by coincidence he was there by promised time. His report was detailed enough to show the inspector, and he found another ongoing issues with furnace, which needs clean up. I had another follow up appointment for the furnace cleanup to prevent more issues. Thanks for your service this afternoon!
