Printer and Copier Repair
I've been an IT professional for over 20 years and this was the first time I couldn't fix a printer. Kevin came in and said that this was a problem he had never heard of. Instead of wasting our time and running up the bill, he asked for a day to research the issue. As promised he called the next morning and told me that he had contacted HP Support and they told him where the problem might be. True to his word, Kevin was in the next day, took the printer apart, found and fixed the issue for a lot less money then I expected the bill to be. Courteous, professional and very reasonably priced. If I can't fix it or I don't have the time to fix it, Kevin will be my first & only call.Jan 24, 2020Verified
The technician knew exactly what the problem was with my copier from our phone conversation. He was able to expedite the part I needed to make the repair. I was very impressed with his expertise and fair pricing. I would highly recommend this company.Nov 28, 2018
