Maureen is a caring receptionist. I never saw Ray, but he removed all threats and remote accesses on my pc. He unclogged the fan, replaced hard drive, and installed OSX10.8 He copied recovered data to proper locations. The charge was reasonable.Dec 20, 2017Maureen L.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Most services range between 1.5 hrs - 2.5 hrs of labor. So you are talking between $97.50 - $162.50. If parts are needed I will call you first with a price. If it is not worth fixing, we will be honest with you. We do not sell computers but I help over 500 people a year pick out and buy new ones.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When you come in we have a cart (gurney) to put the computer on. Sadie or I will fill out a form asking you your contact information and a summary of what you are experiencing. It is helpful if you bring in your software, & power cord (laptops). We then let you know that it usually takes between 2-4 business days and if anything is funny we will call. That is it it is easy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Ray has been doing this since 1976, he helped write some of the MS testing , is an electrical engineer. My background is psychology & the 19 years of working with Ray. I will help you before and after. we will call you about a week later and see if you have any questions.
