This was my first ever yoga lesson. As such, I was somewhat nervous, but Paul was great and made me feel comfortable. He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. I recommend him. I will be scheduling more sessions with him into the future.

I started working with Connie almost seven years ago. As a result of working out with her, I was able to fit into my MOTB dress. I have also been cared at a store because they didn't think I looked 55 years old or older! TRX, nutrition guidance, Yoga, and keeping track of progress are just a part of everything Connie does. Her personality is great no matter your age. I highly recommend her!

I'm not a person that usually writes reviews but Eli is such a great personal trainer and yoga instructor, it would be selfish to keep that a secret from other people🙂 I first started training with Eli back in April of 2016 (I'd never worked with a trainer before). It was at a Saturday class at Health Targeted Solutions (where she is one of two trainers) and it was her workout that we were doing that day. When I tell you that I thought I was gonna die (every part of my body hurt for a whole week) wholly crap!!! The crazy thing about that day is that I didn't and Eli was so helpful and encouraged me (even give me alternative options for certain exercises that were too much for me to handle) every step of the way, not letting me quit (not like some crazy rude people you see on T.V.). I try to go to all weekend classes now for her workouts. She always has a smile on her face and full of positive things to say. I've recently started do Yoga with Eli as well... I don't know if you can call what I do yoga lol, but I like it. Again Eli never judges or has a bad word to say. It's crazy how she is always so full of encouragement and a positive attitude, and that makes you feel like you can accomplish anything if you work at it. I still have a long way to go on my journey to being a healthier person and thanks to Eli, Al and Sue I'm 30lbs lighter and twice and strong as I was 8 months ago. Thank You!!!

We had a FANTASTIC time with Natasha the morning of my wedding. Her home studio was wonderful, and the practice was exactly what we needed. She followed our needs exactly, and adapted to our group. Can't recommend her enough!

    Sydney Shepherd changed my life. I started my fitness journey at 140 and am now a healthy 125 - which was lower than my goal weight at the beginning of our process. She understood that my journey to health was more than just getting in shape - it was a lifestyle change. She supported me and was understanding if I ever had an accidental cheat day.     I loved working with Val! I didn't always feel in the mood to workout but once I got started, I was always glad that I did.     We offer a blended hatha yoga class that is customizable depending on the needs and desires of the students. Classes range from gentle to power yoga, taught by Andrea Cesarek, trained and certified at Mahi Power Yoga Center in Dharamsala, India. There are several in-studio classes a week (family, community, gentle and power hatha) as well as a weekly chair yoga in a senior center near to the studio.
