Based on the project and contract, we certainly offer discounts. We want to help our customers in every possible way we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first interaction happens over the phone. With in 10 minutes of the call we know if we are a good fit or not. If we find a good fit, we continue working on identifying the challenge & possible solutions Based on the challenge and possible solution, we either send out proposal or start working with approval of course.
