We offer excellent value for your money. Our focus is on personal, individual service using the latest technology and up to date information to make tax season a positive experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet new customers face to face so that they are comfortable with me and my staff. They can then ask any questions or address concerns, discuss pricing and be assured that we will meet their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years experience and IRS RTRP certification through the Annual Filing Season Program required annually in order to maintain the credential with the Internal Revenue Service.
