Tara is an amazing instructor and great at keeping my team and I motivated! She has done group sessions with my 21 member team and has increased the difficulty each time. I had my first Pilates class with Lyndsie. I was afraid, honestly, to do any type of exercise because I have arthritis throughout my body. Lyndsie taught me not only the correct form but ways to modify the exercises to reduce pain and discomfort. I can honestly say that because of Lyndsie I continued to do Pilates only because of Lyndsie. I still use all the tools and modifications she taught me.
