Karl's Construction, LLC
About this pro
We've only have the on-site inspection and cost estimate so far. Karl was very responsive, professional, and ON TIME. We hired him on the spot.Sep 17, 2017Verified
I contracted Karl to completely remodel our main bathroom. First off, Karl was very flexible and came out within 48 hours to take a look at the project. He provided a detailed quote/projected timeline that night, and we got started a couple days later. During the process Karl asked for our opinion and preference before making any decision. This allowed us to completely customize the project to our liking. The project wrapped up late last week, and we are thrilled with the results. Karl was reasonably priced and did a phenomenal job. I would absolutely recommend Karl for anyone looking to have some work done.Feb 7, 2017Verified
I had a great experience with Karl's Construction regarding the concrete patio they did for me on 9/21/16. I got three estimates for this work and Karl's quote was the most fair. He communicated with me and kept me updated throughout the process of this project I live in a condo and Karl took care of hurdles regarding permission as well as the city building permit. I appreciate that Karl answered all of my questions in an informative and friendly manner. The work itself was done quickly and professionally. In addition, they (thankfully) removed my existing patio bricks before the cement was poured. I think my patio looks very nice and I am thrilled with it!Sep 29, 2016Verified

Karl's Construction was extremely responsive, very reasonably priced. The crew was very nice and professional. They pulled out our old paver patio and installed a 20x28 stained concrete patio. It turned out beautifully! Highly recommended!Jul 24, 2017Verified

- How did you get started doing this type of work?I didn't want to go to college and couldn't imagine working a desk job so I went through trade school and began working with my hands.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Do some research on the work to be done and then ask a few questions to the contractor, see if he knows what he is talking about. Look for examples of his work, the work can speak for itself. References are always good too.
