I hired Lisa to manage my property since I was moving out of state so far my experience has been great! I’m usually very hands on with anything I do so to leave my home in someone else’s care nervous but Lisa is proving to be amazing and I look forward to doing continued business with her! Thank you Lisa October 2021 my experience with Lisa as of late has prompted me to update this review this past few months I have sent numerous messages to Lisa that she totally ignores and when you finally reach her there is something going on in her personal life that is the excuse for delays, my tenants complain that she is unresponsive as well, I have had to question funds not being reported on my account, I’m currently waiting for payout of rent which I should of received a week ago, have a water leak emergency in unit which I’m currently trying to manage myself because instead of handling situation she goes on vacation and doesn’t see to it that tenants are available or maintenance workers have access to property, I have texted repeatedly I see she reads them but no response even if sick or having issues a text or return call from herself or an employee should take place so I have had to contact maintenance myself .. contact the tenant (she gave number before going on vacation) trying to get my property repaired from long distance. I had to learn of the water leak from a realtor not the property manager which she says she didn’t know about it but the tenant says she enforced her about it more than once, my other tenant says she reported some damage from a storm once again Lisa says she didn’t know anything about it. I selling the property hopefully soon so maybe she lost interest or don’t care because of that but I have lost faith and confidence in Lisa as a property manager sell or not I’m moving on, don’t even know if I can trust her to release my account to me. I have tried to be understanding of any issues that has come up in her personal life, as frustrated as I have been but I have had enough I can’t continue to manage the property manager so if your having good service now just wait for it, it will change

I went in the hospital Friday, October 8th due to a bicycle injury. I was released Sunday, October 10, 2021 with 7 stitches and a broken clavicle. Monday, October 11 was a national holiday and I had no one at office. We are in process of getting a lockbox on a unit that the tenant will not answer. We have gone above and beyond with a head injury and holiday. To date the service was outstanding.

I am a tough customer. I have worked with many property management companies over the years and I am very happy with the services AND prompt customer service that frankly goes above and beyond. Any questions or concerns we’ve had have always been addressed quickly, professionally and the willingness to find solutions to make the working relationship as smooth as possible has been a breath of fresh air.
