- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first meet with them one-on-one to establish a rapport and get a clear picture of what their goals and pain points look like, to learn about how to best serve them. Then we lay out our expectations of them while keeping the understanding that we wouldn't tell them to do anything that we wouldn't do ourselves. Then we review the client's goals - regularly check in to establish trust and that the appropriate tasks are being completed to reach their goal in a timely fashion - listen intently to the client and show empathy, and provide resources, guidance, and motivation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Collaboratively, we have 25 years of coaching experience. Productivity, accountability, land flipping, IT, and resource coaching. Our goal is to is to lead others to success by guidance met with expertise, working with proven systems with are results driven to exceed clients' expectations.
