Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I'm responding to your request for music. If I’m responding to your DJ request, I'm a solo keyboard musician that performs like a jazz trio, a string quartet, or a soft pop rock group, or even many other kinds of groups and instruments. It's all instrumental music, great for background music at events, corporate functions/parties, cocktail hours, dinner music, store openings/open houses, wedding reception dinners, political fundraisers, and even nursing homes. In other words, I might be a better fit or provide a simpler music option for your event. Some of my recordings are on SoundCloud dot com, under my name, Mark Druckmiller. (Thumbtack disallows posting my website here.) Some of the tunes are pop, some are jazz, some are classical/orchestral, and some are experimental. For most events, the majority of the music is pop and jazz. Everything you hear is performed on synthesizers, even the percussion instruments. I have my own sound system (amps, PA) and can do most indoor and outdoor venues. I can always adjust the mix of music as needed, my set list can always change during a performance. The quote I’ve supplied includes consultation, travel, setup, performance, and teardown. It is NOT an hourly charge, the quote is for the whole project. Please let me know if you have questions or how I can help you with your event. Thank you! Mark Druckmiller - Keyboardist

My experience with Mark so far was only for the audition. He was very accommodating, enthusiastic and seemed eager to work with me to create the best musical experience for my wedding which is October 2018. What I most liked about his keyboard music is that he can create the sound of a full orchestra! I will post another review after the wedding.

Exceptional quality and value. Mark arrived very early with very professional equipment. He adapted without pause to play appropriately throughout the event. We had 85 attendees ranging in age from 43 to 95. A definite recommendation for a very talented individual. We’ve had multiple person bands in the past and Mark was every bit as well received for a very affordable price.

Mark was INCREDIBLE. He went above and beyond arranging the pieces that I had requested & made them amazing! He cared so much about what we wanted and was incredibly responsive throughout the entire planning process. I have received so many compliments about Mark playing for our ceremony! He truly outdid himself and I would highly recommend reaching out to him!!!

It was truly a pleasure working with Mark. He’s extremely friendly, professional, easy to work with and communicates very well. He works amazingly with clients to create a memorable evening and provides whatever songs they requested beforehand. He had all the songs I needed to sing and was able to change them into all the keys I needed. Would definitely recommend him for your special day or event.

I can HONESTLY say that, as a lead vocalist, working with Mark has ALWAYS been a very positive experience! He's ALWAYS prepared, on time, and very professional. He's such a TALENT, - to sum up, I've NEVER had to "worry" about his performance on stage, which makes my job a LOT easier. • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Always negotiable. Even if I submit a single price, don't take that to be the end all and be all. I can work with most budgets. Usually I can cut a deal if it's long in advance (over 3 months from now).

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First I have to understand the event. I do a variety of events from small dinner parties (less than 10 people) to full blown weddings and festivals (100's, 1000's). If it's a wedding I'll get more specific for what the couple wants and tailor a service especially for them.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Played the organ since I was 5, school bands on various instruments into college, University of Illinois Concert Bands. Had a business working strictly on weddings in the 1990's in Tennessee and Georgia. Been in multiple classic rock bands over the last 10 years.
