- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a phone conversation is important. I like to gauge what the customer will need done and what supplies we need to bring.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Associates degree in Business Administration, but relative to cleaning we understand that a clean house is something that some people just don't have time to do! That is where we come in!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We actually enjoy cleaning. It is instant gratification and when we see the smile/relief on the homeowners face, it is all worth the work.
