My event was a family gathering for an outdoor BBQ for about 60 - 70 people. Patsey assisted me with the party arrangements and was wonderful to work with. She was very professional and also provided helpful suggestions to make my event a success. I originally contacted Cocktails N Dreams for a photo booth but added additional services (Bartender, servers, and a snow cone machine). The staff arrived on time, they were all extremely polite, very professional and made everything run smoothly. I did have a few concerns with Cocktails N Dreams . When I originally contacted them in July to book my August event Patsey completed my contract agreement and said she would email me with the contract the next day. But, a week later I had to call for the contract. It still took an additional week and another call back to receive the contract. I spoke with Kelly and she apologized & explained they had an annual event to complete and would send the contract right away. I almost cancelled but realized I din't have enough time to find a new vendor. Another concern was a discrepancy with the cost of the photo boot. Kelly sent me a quote for $300 for 3 hrs which I accepted but when Patsey called to confirm the contract she said it was for 2 and 1/2 hours. I told her we agreed on 3 hrs & she said no problem.My final concern was the rental of the snow cone machine; Patsey called me the day before my event to ask what time did I want to pick up the snow cone machine. I was never advised that I was responsible for picking it up. I told her I was too busy. She said it could be delivered for an additional $25 and I said I should cancel it. So, she decided to ask the bartender to bring it with him. This should have been discussed when the original plans were made. Customers need to known up front what they are responsible for. They should never receive a last minute notice.
Darlene and her team were a joy to work with. The event was a backyard family wedding reception in the Beverly Hills area. She and her staff were timely, professional and extremely accommodating. Darlene was very responsive as we were planning for the event. She was also very generous with her staff on the day of the reception. They ensured that the area the food was served as well as the areas in the kitchen they worked on were clean and orderly. And to top it off, the food was delicious, hot and never ran low! The honey glazed chicken was a big hit. I would highly recommend Darlene and Oceanique Catering for your next event!
Cathy catered our daughters graduation party and everything was perfect! The food was delicious and beautifully presented. There is only an option to give a rating of 5 stars but we would give her 10 stars if we could. Her professionalism, attention to detail and culinary skills are exceptional. She made our day a stress free and memorable one. We would highly recommend her to anyone planning an event.

Simply put, our wedding would not have been the same without Janelle and Ally Event Planning. Hiring her as our Day of Coordinator was 100% the best money spent on a vendor out of all of the services that came together for our day. She was amazingly organized, detailed, prepared, and calm. She made sure that every possible detail (many of which I hadn't even thought about for the day) was not only planned but executed to perfection. She was professional, kind, and totally in control of the day. The few times I even came close to a bridal freak out moment she seemed to magically appear with a smile, whatever I needed and a 'yes, that's already been handled'- absolutely incredible! My family could not stop raving about her and her assistant Lauren and really credited the for how well everything went. We had a somewhat unconventional wedding spread across multiple different venues in downtown Detroit, and Janelle and Lauren made sure that every one of them was prepared and ready to go. There was no request too small/large or wacky (think picking up 250 White Castle sliders) that they didn't handle with a confident smile. She met with us several times before the day to ensure that she fully understood our vision, was there to make sure everyone knew what was needed of them at the rehearsal, and checked in with me several times the morning of to handle any last requests and make sure I didn't need anything. If you have any hesitation about your need for a coordinator- I honestly cannot recommend Ally Event Planning highly enough to make sure your day is exactly what you envision it to be. The ability to actually be able to enjoy what you envisioned because you know Janelle has it totally handled is quite frankly, priceless. Thank you again for everything!
Omg!!! I can't explain how much I am pleased with the service provided by the team at Monumental Heights. If I could attach photos I would so I could show how much detail and time they spent in making sure everything was to my liking. My rep Trisha stayed in contact with me every step of the way and even threw in a couple of extra freebies which wasn't a part of the service I initially paid for. Thanks to their team my event was a huge success and I will definitely use them in the future.
Shawn and I have attended the same church and I have assisted her cater a wedding, make home visits for ill people and celebrate holidays together. She is a strong woman of God and takes great pride in everything she prepares whether it be a paid catering event, serving others or cooking for family and loved ones. It is this exact quality that exudes in her food prep and presentation. When you taste her creations...you know that you are loved!
My shower was so beautiful. Everyone went on and on about the decor and thoughtfulness put into each uniquely designed centerpiece. We were so pleased. Looking forward to being the talk of the town once again at our next event.

Chris helped me plan my wedding in Traverse City, MI in 2010. She was wonderful! She found our ceremony site as well as our reception site. She did my flowers which were gorgeous and set everything up at our reception site the day of the wedding. She really helped take a lot of the stress of wedding planning away. Everything was great and she was lovely to work with!

Wedding planning is a huge task. You have tons of vendors and personal details you want expressed on your special day. I found Heather and am so lucky I did. From the little questions like do these two match, to the big ones like who is the better DJ. She knows her stuff. She does the research and gets what you want. After doing tons of research on a great wedding planner, she gets the job done at a reasonable price and goes above and beyond what I expected.
They are outstanding. Will definitely be calling them again for our next event.
