I highly recommend Ruth, she is an awesome trainer. Very knowledgeable, and encouraging. Her workouts were fun, safe, and effective, which made me want to continue training. As a busy working professional, her home visits were a lifesaver!! My overall health has greatly improved . This has resulted in an increase in strength and energy. 5 years ago, weighing in at 378lbs, and a lack of motivation/ determination to do anything I decided to take my life back. His unique meal plans, unmatched knowledge to weight lifting/ nutrition, and his ability to motivate makes him the best at what he does. To me, hes not a trainer, hes a friend. His meal plans wont break the bank, and are extremely manageable. With his help, I have lost over 100lbs and have made fitness not only a routine, but a way of life.. Mr. Paul Barr was my high school cross country coach for the past two years. At every practice he was always early. He taught the team how respect themselves as athletes and respect their bodies. He is beyond reliable and is well informed about physical and mental health. He saw potential in everyone, and made sure to highlight their skills in order for them to be their best. Paul is a great mentor and friend. He is willing to do anything to make sure you are able to give your all. I was considering running for university, and he was there for me. He believed that I could do it; he took time out of his personal life to make a running schedule and to coach me. He never once told me that I was incapable of doing anything. Paul is an all around great person; he is beyond reliable and responsible, he is organized, and he is willing to give 110% percent to ensure that you are physically and mentally healthy.
Joshua is a wonderful fitness trainer and nutrition coach. I came to him a month ago after going through physical therapy and knowing that at 72 years of age I needed help. The first thing he did was evaluate how he could get me out of pain and build up my stamina. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to him and how I intend to continue with him till I reach all my goals and maybe even after that.

Michelle is amazing!! Working with Michelle over several months, I was able to lose 60lbs. Garrin provides effective personal training and a nutrition plan that is designed for the individual client. Results are quick and motivating. Garrin is very knowledgeable about health and fitness and it is clear that making life changes for his clients is his life's work, not just his job (like many trainers). The atmosphere is very pleasant, and Garrin is very approachable and attentive. A nice perk that I believe is soon-to-come would be complimentary water or nutritious treats.
Travis at FissionFit has been a game changer for my health and fitness goals for just over 2 years now. He has helped me become physically and mentally strong and healthy through proper nutrition and exercise after having my first child, then again while pregnant with our 2nd child and now once again as I recover from surgery from our 2nd child.
