I used this catering company for my baby shower after a lot of research and phone calls. I asked for a menu with a Mexican theme with whatever variation he wanted to use. My main request was fresh and different and that is exactly what I got. He made a tequila lime chicken and mildly spicy shredded beef that everyone raved about. I even had a chance to meet with him prior to the big day to sample the items and make my final selection. Guacamole was fresh and better than most restaurants that I have eaten at. I really loved the jasmine rice with fresh cilantro. The only thing I would have suggested different was that he had more queso dip as everyone loved it and it went fast. I really liked the setup he did with staff available to make to the plates to order so that the guests could pick what toppings they wanted. The owner suggested that and I thought it was a good idea too. The shower was co-ed and the men of course loved that the food was so good and hearty but the women seemed to really like the freshness of it and that they could chose how their plates were made to accommodate dietary preferences. The owner and his staff were on time and set everything up so that I didn't have to do anything and it was a stress free experience for me. I will definitely be using this company again for future events. If you want flavorful and fresh food, with a unique twist, at a great price this is your guy. You won't be disappointed, at least I wasn't, and neither were my guests.
