- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a minimum fee which includes the first hour of service, then an ongoing hourly or flat fee as arranged for each service call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather as much information as possible before the service call. Then I trouble-shoot the problem as quickly as I can and formulate a plan for the repair and estimate the total time and cost. The client can decide at any point if they want to terminate the service to pay only the fee incurred up to that point.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute. Lexmark laser printer repair certification. Numerous company specific certifications. 20 years experience fixing PCs and networks.
