- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the job, for example if it is water damage we bill the insurance or we can negotiate to meet a fair price. Another example is if its for post construction, floor waxing, or carpet cleaning we charge per sq ft
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we would explain to the customers our experience to let them know that they are in the right hands and we can give references to the companies that we have worked for and that we can guarantee quality work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For carpet cleaning, floor waxing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, flooding, mold removal, switch emergency cleaning, and dusting, we have been training through most previous experience in other companies. While for water damage we have been legally certified by IICRC water damage restoration.
